Presentation to PA-NENA in Stroudsburg

Last Friday, I traveled to Stroudsburg and spoke to members of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association (PA-NENA) about the Right-to-Know Law, the Office of Open Records, and related issues.
