Presentation to PA-NENA in New Castle

Open records_logo stackedLast Friday, I traveled to New Castle and spoke to members of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association (PA-NENA) about the Right-to-Know Law, the Office of Open Records, and related issues.

It was a great discussion, and I very much appreciate the invitation.

Here’s the presentation I used:

    • Lance, I apologize for not responding sooner. (I thought I had, but I can find no evidence of that.) The Office of Open Records handles appeals under the Right-to-Know Law; we are not a repository of records. The best way to get the kind of information you’re seeking is probably to contact Slatington Borough: http://slatington.org/
